ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Rockstar Talent Acquisition Specialist who will partner with leadership to anticipate and meet the evolving staffing needs of Careem through sourcing, recruiting and hiring talent. We need someone results-driven, resourceful, adept at building strong relationships and able to navigate changing hiring priorities and demands.
You will develop and drive our recruitment agenda, develop and implement recruiting strategies, structure and processes, support expansion into new markets, and develop and implement effective onboarding programs. The role is part of the core Talent team located at our Basecamp (HQ) in Dubai and reports into the Head of Talent Acquisition, and will stand alone to support the hiring needs of our local teams across KSA. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the cities we are in, as well as wider expansion plans by sourcing, attracting, assessing and hiring key talent.
