Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled talent attraction & acquisition specialist to source and hire top-notch candidates.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, two or three years of experience in talent acquisition, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and an ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across various departments.

This is a fully remote position.

We welcome all candidates anywhere in Bulgaria.

What you'll be doing:

  • Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs
  • Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals
  • Foster a fierce commitment to building diverse, high-performance teams
  • Managing hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Evaluating applications and screening candidates via video calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments
  • Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers
  • Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events, and job fairs
  • Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates
  • Preparing hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic planning
  • Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants

What you bring to the table:

  • Two or three years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends

  • Preferred skills and qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent working experience)
  • Knowledge of Lever ATS is greatly preferred, but not necessary
  • Professional HR/HCM/ People Ops credentials or certifications are a big plus
  • Experience with LinkedIn Talent Solutions is a plus
