The Talent Acquisition Team Lead will develop and execute strategies related to attracting, sourcing and selecting the top talents for Clickatell teams.

Responsibilities of the Role

  • Lead a Talent Acquisition team.
  • Contribute to developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
  • Ensure our recruitment efforts are efficient, optimized and successful.
  • Own the hiring plan delivery to ensure highest-quality candidates and manage hiring managers expectations.
  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience and lead employment branding initiatives.
  • Determine, measure and report key metrics and identify areas of improvement.
  • Set clear goals, coordinate team activities and provide coaching and guidance to improve staff performance and capabilities.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts and initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and methods.

Requirements of the Role

  • Degree or relevant field experience.
  • Work Experience
    • 5+ years’ experience in recruitment in a fast paced, high-growth organization
    • Operating at the level of Team Lead or Supervisor
    • Use of social media and job boards
    • Full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
  • Proficient Knowledge and Ability (this means that you know your stuff)
    • Talent Acquisition performance metrics
    • Duties and competencies of various roles across the organization
  • In-Depth Knowledge and Ability (this means that you are the “go-to” person)
    • Hiring for marketing, sales and business specialist roles and have been responsible for big-scale projects or results
    • Best practice in selection methods and techniques
    • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
