Reports to: Director of Talent Acquisition
Salary: $64,750-$92,000

- Effectively develop and execute a plan for an exceptional experience that creates and maintains an org-wide culture of belonging and excellence (i.e. implementation of rewards and recognition systems, affinity groups, org-wide engagement events). Thus achieving:
- 90% Retention of high-quality staff
- 85% Employee Satisfaction Rate
- Effectively develop and execute a plan for an exceptional experience that creates and maintains a consistent and positive candidate experience. Thus achieving:
- 90% Candidate acceptance rate
- 100% backfill hire rate within 30 days (ability to hire a candidate in the event of s a mid-year vacancy)

Demonstrate data driven decision making and execution
- Develop the framework for the candidate and employee experience.
- Develop and execute opportunities to get a pulse check on the employee and candidate experience (ie. engagement, wellness, exit surveys)
- Execute a plan to respond to the data collected.
- Identifies and executes opportunities to improve employee and candidate experience
- Tracks the impact of the candidate and employee’s experience and provides recommendations for improvement.
- Tenacity to challenge the way we do things, especially in the face of opposition or rejection of viewpoint
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of event tactics and apply learnings to future events
Ensure equitable experiences:
- Creatively curates the framework for the candidate onsite experience executed by the recruiter
- Track and monitor the consistency of the candidate and employee experiences and ensure consistency in its execution
Serves as a FA brand ambassador:
- Develops strong trust and relationships with employees, candidates and community partners
- Host brand aligned events and/or programs (ie. immersion days, recent college grad events, community day for internal staff)
- include, but not limited to décor, giveaways, signage, etc.
- Ensure candidates who are on the bench remain engaged
- Consistently demonstrates the characteristics of a FA employee with high levels of emotional intelligence, strong, listening, communication and interpersonal skills to foster synergy in diverse internal and external audiences

Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in Talent Management preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources preferred or related fields
- Proven successful event planning and execution experience
- Highly organized self-starter who can think creatively and strategically to manage (pre, during and post) on multiple projects simultaneously at a high level
