Agoda has experienced dramatic growth. As the company grows and attracts more talent, Agoda seeks to hire a self-motivated, dynamic Talent Management Coordinator to help make agoda an even better company to develop a career.

The Talent Management Coordinator role is a newly created role in the Talent Management team.  The initial focus will be to own the internal recruitment process monitoring internal applications, to execute the recruitment workflow and to identify potential improvements for the whole process. Over time, we expect the successful candidate to acquire the knowledge and skills to advice hiring managers on their hiring decisions. The role will be gradually expanded with further responsibilities supporting talent management initiatives like sourcing internal candidates using our people database, talent review sessions, succession planning, underperformers’ management, performance reviews, etc.

 

Responsibilities

  • Monitor internal applications executing the internal recruitment workflow
  • Following up with the different stakeholders being part of that recruitment workflow. Over time give advice to hiring managers.
  • Making suggestions for improvement for the overall internal recruitment process
  • Gradually the responsibilities can potentially expand to:
    • Coordinating talent review sessions
    • Analyzing and reporting on succession planning
    • Supporting managers in the use of different tools to manage underperformers
    • Supporting and coordinating different aspects of performance management
    • Improving competencies mapping

Requirements

  • Excellent in executing processes, well-organized, self-driven, and motivated to reach SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
  • Good critical thinking
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset that enables working with a multi-cultural group of professionals. Ability to use influencing skills to work with stakeholders to reach acceptable solutions.
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics
  • Big picture thinking is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills are a plus
  • Bachelor degree required; specialization in HR is a plus
  • Experience in recruitment is a plus
