What you’ll do

  • Demonstrate passion and commitment to improve quality of employee data and processes, work on the function’s priorities and play a key role in leveraging automation and digital transformation.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand the existing processes, evaluate and identifying the opportunity areas for improvement considering optimizing the process flows to increase efficiency and reduce overall TAT 
  • Utilize process data and metrics to identify process challenges and recommend & implement innovative solutions to improve process efficiency and effectiveness
  • Able to quickly identify capability / process gaps, identify possible solution, develop/tweak process as per the compliance and business needs 
  • Proactively identify and drive implementation of continuous improvement opportunities across EX. 
  • Transform the Hire to Retire process by leveraging human capital and digital solutions.
  • Work with the global TST and other functional teams in identifying and implementing scalable solutions.
  • Play a key role in strengthening the Talent Ops and also Talent Systems in ACC
  • Drive root cause analysis (RCA) excursions and ensuring action plans and follow-up with stakeholder on completing the action plan as per schedule
  • Implementing change control management for all documents including SOP’s, policies and internal documentation. Responsible for process inventory & documentation management
  • Partner with stakeholders and auditors. Drive adoption of audits, controls & practices outlined / recommended by the auditors
  • Drive six sigma green belt projects, lean sigma projects to drive efficiency and bring in world class performance


What you need to succeed

  • 15+ years of experience in HR preferably Talent Ops and related functions
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and compassionate leadership style
  • Willingness to share and adapt best practices
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or similar 
  • Preferable training or Certification in Six Sigma Black belt / Lean Sigma Black Belt 
  • Experience with HRIS systems, reporting and data analytics
  • Ability to manage confidential data professionally
  • Ability to train team members on quality/process excellence and soft skills
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic and self-directed
  • Strong analytical, process mapping, and procedural documentation skills 
  • Experience in policy making and implementation
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
