Permutive is looking for a results-oriented and experienced Talent Partner to join us on a 4-month contract to develop our Go-To-Market presence in North America. 

The ideal candidate for the role has experience working directly with senior leadership teams building out sales strategy and teams who have a proven network of diverse Go-to-Market professionals across the US. 

This person will be a true partner to our revenue leaders across the company; primarily the CRO. You'll source, identify, screen and present carefully qualified candidates to the business and project manage the interview process through to closing a candidate.

The best person for this opportunity has experience recruiting for high-performing sales and go-to-market professionals within the software industry. This person has a sense of urgency, sets high standards, and is excellent at building strong and lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers. 

What you’ll be doing… 

  • Develop strong, mutually supportive relationships with our CRO and hiring managers to understand what we need for each role and ensure we’re fully aligned on how best to assess this.

  • Advise and consult on strategy, industry trends, and insights.  

  • Create and execute creative search strategies to source candidates. 

  • Maintain and ensure a high standard of compliance with our ATS (Greenhouse) so that we can have pipeline visibility and track the metrics we care most about.

  • Continually improve and share hiring best practices, including training and coaching the hiring managers and interviewers you work with.

  • Engage with sales candidates to create strong relationships; simultaneously sell a role & assess candidates for high performance. 

  • Manage the candidate experience by frequently keeping in touch with the market and keeping the candidate engaged and motivated about the opportunity, focusing on a timely interview process from candidate engagement to offer. 

What you’ll need…

  • Extensive experience sourcing and building Go-To-Market teams with a focus on Sales professionals, ideally working within the software industry. 

  • Commutable distance to New York. You will be required to be available to meet and carry out interviews in person on a regular basis. 

  • Demonstrated record of developing recommendations, implementing solutions, and designing creative recruiting strategies. 

  • Successful track record of achieving company hiring and success metrics by building high-performing diverse teams. 

  • Excellent communication, organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.

  • Exceptionable ability to tell the company's story in a way that speaks to a candidate's motivation, goals, and interests. 

What we are offering

For a candidate joining us on a contract basis, we are paying  $750 - $800 per day.

Our approach to Remote First

Permutive is a remote-first company. We expect you to work regularly from home. All employees have access to our offices in NYC and London and can spend as much time as they need working from our office spaces. 

In-person planning, collaboration, and social time are a big part of our culture and how we stay connected to each other. We get together once a quarter for a week as a company. Our technology teams gather in London twice a month. Customer-facing roles are required to meet frequently with clients and colleagues and will have more regular travel than other areas of the business.
