A critical component of Stripe’s future success will be our ability to hire at scale while maintaining a high (and rising) talent bar. The Talent Pipelines team, a relatively new group within Stripe Recruiting, accelerates hiring by delivering high-quality talent to Stripe recruiters at the right time. We research talent markets, plan and host events, proactively reach out to great candidates, manage resume review at scale, and take diversity seriously every step of the way.

We’re looking for an experienced program manager to drive the design and execution of a number of key programs within Stripe’s Recruiting team. You’ll shape the processes of a brand-new team and juggle a diverse set of programs, from revamping how we manage employee referrals to testing automation options to instrumenting and tracking the team’s primary success metrics. You’ll therefore play a key role in scaling the team’s ability to identify great candidates and shepherd them to the right Stripe roles. 

You will:

  • Ensure that all Stripe Recruiting’s top-of-funnel work functions smoothly and with a coordinated strategy
  • Work closely with a strong team of sourcers, talent brand specialists, and experts on diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Build new programs from scratch, and measure their effectiveness
  • Develop productive, collaborative cross-functional relationships with Recruiting and across the broader People team

We are looking for someone who has: 

  • 5+ years working in program management, business operations, data analysis, and/or strategy at a high-growth tech company
  • Strong organizational and operational skills, and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Deep knowledge of project and program management (experience working in a Recruiting or People environment is a plus)
  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with cross functional partners
  • Ability to influence across various levels of an organization, from IC to executive
  • Demonstrated success in bringing projects and programs to market
