You will...
Lead guest bookings and scheduling across our shows.
Oversee freelancers and direct traffic, make introductions, etc.
Solve problems with talent and management as they arise.
Interface directly with athletes and managers to manage relationships, lock in schedules, and identify approved target guests several months in advance.
Recommend ideas for improvement in guest booking.
Develop a CRM/tracking system for outreach.
