The role: 

After our recent series C fundraising we are scaling fast here at Paddle and nowhere more so than in our Product and Engineering team. With ambitions to triple in size it’s an incredibly exciting time for us 🚀

We’re looking for a tech sourcer to help us achieve this ambitious hiring plan. By using different channels you’ll reach passive and active candidates building pipelines for our current growth and future needs. Working in close collaboration with the wider team you’ll build out International networks, test and learn tools and techniques, interview high quality tech talent and be a key brand ambassador for the business. 

The role comes with autonomy, investment and lots of opportunities to grow as we scale across the globe. We’re looking for someone tenacious, highly credible with a terrific sense of humour to boot! 


What you'll do:

  • Find exceptional tech talent for our live vacancies 
  • Take role briefings and build strong partnerships with hiring managers 
  • Interview a range of high quality candidates across product and engineering 
  • Utilise the relevant tools and techniques to engage candidates (LinkedIn, Cord, Stack etc)
  • Conduct market mapping to identify where top talent resides Internationally
  • Create an exceptional experience for candidates
  • Promote Paddle’s Employee Referral scheme, helping employees identify talent across their networks
  • Promote our Employer Brand on online and offline platforms


We'd love to hear from you if you are:

  • An established tech specialist fully versed in the latest sourcing tools and techniques
  • An expert interviewer with the ability to sell Paddle’s culture and product
  • Proven experience with ATS’s / Recruitment software
  • A huge advocate for candidate experience excellence! 
  • Highly organised, delivery focussed and data driven
  • A brilliant relationship builder - open and honest you are comfortable giving and receiving feedback and love to collaborate
  • You’re not afraid to take on challenges and have a solution mindset
  • You love working in teams and developing others
