What you'll do: 

  • Actively source, recruit, and hire technical talent on tech on the Web Product, Data Engineer, and Platform Engineering teams at Harry's
  • Work with hiring managers to create clearly defined job descriptions, interview processes, and offers
  • Provide candidates with a positive experience interviewing for open roles at Harry's
  • Build and maintain external network by proactively reaching out to active and passive candidates
  • Be a brand ambassador for the Harry's Engineering brand, attend events and inspire the team to attend with you
  • Manage communication between Harry's and candidates
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and provide weekly updates to the greater 
  • Work with Recruiting Manager and People team to develop and improve systems and processes
  • Assist with any recruiting events, projects, or processes related such as referral bonuses or incentives 

The following might describe you:

  • 2 or 5+ years of work experience, in the world of technology
  • Experience as a developer, or knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and working environments
  • Curious about people and organizations, how they work individually and in groups
  • Logically empathetic
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have an ability to manage multiple projects (searches) at any given point in time
  • Excited to work in an environment where processes and controls may not exist. We are looking for initiative, willingness and proactivity to drive work forward
  • Collaborative, creative, and supportive of other people
  • Tenacity is your middle name - when presented with a challenge you will do anything you can to tackle it
  • Proven ability to stay organized and detailed, even when there are many projects with moving parts 
  • A sense of humor, of course
  • Speak through technical challenges with candidates
  • Articulate and candid about the role, company, and expectations 
  • Highly organized and have to push on people 
  • (Sr. Technical) Have some strong perspective on hiring engineers; adapt to what we need
  • (Sr. ) can play the long term recruiting
