AirMap's Partner Success team works closely with our business partners to delivery safety to the skies. Our team is focused on delivering accurate, reliable, and trustworthy support. We work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and policy to make our our products better for our partners. 

As a Partner Success Specialist, you are responsible for the hands-on implementation, training, and support for our Digital Notice and Awareness System (D-NAS). With your knowledge of SaaS products and experience in partner support operations, you quickly understand our partners' needs, translate these into requirements for functional teams, and manage the successful deployment of D-NAS through its life cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist AirMap partners with implementing SaaS solutions.
  • Providing training and ongoing support to AirMap partners. 
  • Own and evolve critical relationships. 
  • Evaluate product needs and present recommendations to the management team.
  • Communicate and collaborate with a broad range of internal constituents (product, marketing, partner success, policy) to influence AirMap offerings.
  • Participate in local business and civic affairs to promote AirMap and UAS activities within assigned region.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree. 
  • 2+ years experience in SaaS implementation and support, preferably with government customers.
  • Sound understanding of customer business drivers. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Mobile and willing to travel as required.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years experience in supporting enterprise software implementation.
  • Skilled in public speaking, giving seminars, or teaching.
  • Aviation industry experience. 
  • Experience working in government or civil service sector.
