Shape Security is looking for a Technical Account Manager that is eager to help protect a portfolio of Global 2000 websites from malicious and automated attacks. This individual must have the ability to earn the respect and trust of each customer by serving as the primary point of contact through the customer onboarding process and skillfully managing the systems integration of Shape into the customer’s existing application delivery architecture. You will review unique business and technical project parameters, then define and execute a solution for the implementation and integration of the Shape's anti-automation solution.
As the one of the first members of a fast growing team that is critical to the overall success of Shape you should be comfortable operating in ambiguity and dealing with rapid change. A successful candidate must be action oriented, capable of independently solving complex technical problems and able to communicate clearly and effectively to both technical and business audiences.
