As a Technical Associate Product Manager, you will be part of shaping HappyFresh’s next move. The Product Management team works together with engineers to guide products from conception to launch. You bridge the technical and business worlds as you design services that our customers love. You yearn for action and you can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development with speed.  

You will be responsible for developing technological solutions to ease the lives of HappyFresh users across multiple countries. This includes launching products and working closely with engineering and other product areas to define the right structure to support our products. Furthermore, as a Technical APM you will need to collaborate well with our Tech Lead on discussing which technology will be suitable for your product goal and manage the end-to-end product cycle from ideation to monitor and train related stakeholders on your solutions and products.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Launch products on a regular basis 
  • Familiarity with technology terms such as API, Machine Learning, AB Test, and other backend technologies
  • Following related technical trends in the industry and in general and able to assess emerging technologies on which new technologies to invest in or leverage
  • Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy
  • Understand customer and business needs from various teams and use as foundation to create new products and enhance existing products
  • Ability to Work closely  with our agile engineering team, including developers, engineers, tech architects, quality assurance and other product areas to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable implementation schedule
  • Ability to translate technical terms and requestments to be fully understood by non-technical stakeholders and that implementation plans match expectations
  • Setting appropriate KPIs to ensure products are meeting their goals, monitoring ongoing operations to maintain quality user experience, and documenting released products
  • Handle day to day product delivery with all stakeholders to ensure the timeline alignment with the product development
  • Provide internal and customer documentation and training on how to use the features or products

Who We Are Looking For

  • At least 1 year of product management experience with experience of creating products with software developers on various desktop and mobile platforms (Fresh Grad welcome to apply).
  • Technology related experience and backgrounds are preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, and to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends; excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills
  • Have persuasive, competitive, self-do, and experimental spirits
  • Have good communication, problem solving and analytical thinking
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, amplitude, and any other statistical and lean data analysis methods will be a plus
  • Familiar with UX frameworks and research
