As Technical B2B Support Manager (m|f|x) in full-time or part-time you will be working closely with idealo’s partner shops on It is you who will make the difference: Our Technical Team supports our merchants to optimise their appearance on our website and therefore not only make idealo but also their respective businesses more successful. For millions of products and prices you will be the first point of contact for traffic, data quality and data integration – making the most valuable price comparison platform.

About your new role

  • You check technical requirements for new online shops and manage data feeds that come from our online shops.
  • You integrate new online shops into idealo's system and support online shops in integrating idealo’s sales pixel on their website.
  • You take care of internal error handling. So you are the first point of contact for general technical support for online shops.
  • You act as a technical interface between site operation and online shop.
