Summary of the Opportunity 

At S4 Capital’s Media.Monks, you’ll have the opportunity to spearhead a diverse set of enterprise transformation engagements for a premier client base while integrating with an unparalleled cross-functional talent pool across our global network. In Media.Monks’ enterprise consulting practice,  you’ll have the chance to advise on a spectrum of topics within the intersection of data, media, and content - from data & platform architecture, customer experience design, digital marketing strategy, media in-housing & organizational design, and innovation. Beyond our day-to-day engagements, you’ll quickly discover significant entrepreneurial opportunities at Media.Monks for both teams & individuals as S4 Capital’s explosive growth continues to disrupt the legacy Marketing & Advertising space.  

You will be working with Global & Regional teams to lead and support client engagements across marketing strategy, analytical insights, and digital transformation. You will be tasked with designing solutions to sometimes highly complex and technical data related challenges.

Prior technical and client facing experience is strongly preferred for this role.

Qualifications 

  • At least 2-3 years demonstrating a high degree of proficiency in designing and developing complex, high-quality enterprise solutions across hybrid and cloud based architectures
  • At least 1-2 years of client facing solution developments and stakeholder management
  • Experience collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and ultimately execute against them
  • Hands on experience in architecture and design of marketing, advertising and data platforms e.g. Adobe, Salesforce, Google, Oracle, etc.,
  • Ability to phase delivery of solutions such that it can meet immediate needs, while building towards the long-term strategic solution
  • Knowledge of various digital marketing tools: analytics, attribution, ad serving, DMPs, push, social media
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT and media technology space
  • Proficiency in data programming/scripting languages including SQL (across MySQL PostgreSQL, Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake), R, Python
  • Working knowledge of data visualization techniques, comfortable mapping business needs to design and oversee the build of dashboards (ie. Looker, Data Studio, Tableau, Datorama)
  • Strong understanding of ETL/ELT and related tools and technologies

Core Role Responsibilities

  • Serve as the customers' trusted technical advisors by providing technical expertise and guidance on solutions 
  • Lead in-person & remote technical implementation workshops with customer's product, marketing and engineering teams
  • Understanding of holistic enterprise architecture and interplay of analytical components with enterprise foundational components and provide recommendations or guide clients to solve technical problems
  • Design & conduct in-depth client discovery via hands-on workshops, stakeholder interviews, data collection and analysis
  • Collaborate across engineering, analytics, sales, and consulting functions in orchestrating solutions to customer needs
