As a technical implementation specialist, your world is dynamic and your expertise in APIs, data integrations and marketing technology is critical. This role focuses on supporting clients from pre-sales to post-implementation and driving multi-product integrations involving marketing automation, CRM, event data, and commerce.
You will be the technical point person throughout the implementation of Autopilot's key accounts, collaborating internally with sales, success, and support to help technical (and occasionally non-technical users) set up their Autopilot account, configure Salesforce, support and debug API or Segment.com integrations, design business processes, and optimize marketing journeys.
The ideal candidate brings technical and subject matter expertise in marketing automation, digital marketing execution, or API integrations, and loves making customers successful.
