Technical Lead, Support

Omada Support exists to delight participants and customers. Our Technical Program Lead will own the direction, implementation and ownership of our Support systems, phone systems and supporting technical programs and initiatives to help our Support team delight participants and customers in our program Omada as we scale. You will also play a key role in scaling our operation for success.

Your impact:

  • Lead complex technical Support projects from initial concept to successful execution and maintenance.
  • Prioritize technical project and deliverables for Support across multiple functions, owning planning, driving implementation schedule, and execution against project plan.
  • Translate customer requirements into recommendations for appropriate technical solutions, such as support systems solutions.
  • Interact with cross-functional leads and technical stakeholders to gain consensus then manage and deliver successful selection, implementation and migration of CRM and phone system solutions.
  • Continuously collect feedback on and improve technical solutions used by the Support team who serves our end users and our clients.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical partners on plans and drive closure on items in a timely manner.

You will be successful in this job if you have:

  • Three years of experience as a technical lead, systems lead or technical program manager in software/web development organizations ideally within a Customer Support or Customer Success function.
  • Experience successfully implementing a CRM system, such as SalesForce or Zendesk.
  • Experience successfully driving technical projects to launch and improvement within a cross-functional team.
  • Experience partnering with and managing systems vendors, integrations and third-party developers to deliver successful solutions.
