Technical Product Manager

As a worldwide industry leader within the social slots gaming sector, Product Madness has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our ever-expanding technology group and be part of an incredibly talented team!

You will be working with our world class product, data science and technical teams in order to develop our business. You will have full autonomy to set the strategy within your product set whilst working alongside a dynamic, supportive and inclusive team who will value your technical input and analytical skills.

You will be managing our stakeholders, identifying current and future needs and owning the product feature roadmaps for our back office systems. Our Customer Service, User Acquisition and Data Science teams are constantly developing innovative ways to engage and build our user base and therefore our systems need to evolve quickly to meet these challenging demands.

The services and platforms are ranging from customer support portals over data integrations for user acquisition data science to game integration SDKs. Having existing knowledge and experience in these domains would be a big plus for the role.


  • Experience with defining back office systems.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, uncovering and understanding their needs and translating them into requirements.
  • Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
  • Follow competitors within our business expertise and conduct comparison analysis regularly, keeping abreast of the latest trends and developments.
  • Explore ways of improving and innovating our existing services
  • Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the technical/developer community.
  • Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
  • Coordinate product releases with stakeholders
  • Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.
  • Able to work well with internal teams, including developers, architects, QA and DevOps.
