Technical Project Manager

Client Launch supports this mission by seamlessly launching clients and partners onto the Collective Health platform, guiding them through implementation with expertise, empathy, and creativity.

As the Technical Project Manager, you will independently own the day to day contact for key stakeholders throughout technical implementation projects. You will work collaboratively with subject matter specialists at Collective Health and externally to support our clients and partners through their technical implementations. Additionally, you will develop new processes and tooling to enable our team to continue to support the company's growth.

What you'll do: 

  • Project Management and alignment for technically-focused implementation projects and integrations
  • Drive action through status calls with stakeholders, project plans, and RAID logs
  • Continued improvement of processes and tools designed to standardize technical implementations
  • Facilitate alignment of dependencies between operational, technical and commercial teams, including writing and managing integration specs
  • Manage multiple concurring technical projects involving several work streams to ensure on-time delivery of projects
  • Cross-functional coordination with stakeholders throughout Collective Health 
  • Communication and coordination with internal and external customers, including Clients, Brokers, Product, Development, Operations, Finance, etc.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficient with project management tools, Smartsheet preferred
  • Fluent with G Suite applications
  • 5+ years experience implementing and managing complex technical/process projects
  • Experience gathering, defining and writing technical integration specifications
  • Ability to speak and connect with both technical and business personnel, at all levels
  • Ability to make progress, recommendations and decisions with incomplete information
  • Ability to understand, analyze and envision an end-to-end process
  • Identify, evaluate and lead teams through prioritization activities
  • Ability to balance a variety of inputs into a cohesive approach
  • Ability to be effective in a matrix management environment
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Experience working with external vendors
  • Member and client focused (customer centricity)
  • You enjoy a fast paced team environment and adapt well to change by adjusting priorities as needed
  • You have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • You are process oriented and have experience building and improving processes
  • Preferred qualifications: Technical experience working with SQL, EDI formats, healthcare integrations
