The recruiting role and team at Parsable is a strategic function that allows us to quickly scale with top talent. As a Technical Recruiter on the Recruiting team, you will work closely with our various hiring managers to source and recruit top talent. This role has a heavy sourcing requirement and is also responsible for managing candidates throughout the interview process (full cycle). As we scale you will have an opportunity to grow and contribute to a variety of recruiting related programs and initiatives (internship program, university recruiting, engineering meetups, interviewer training, etc.).
-Scale Parasable with top talent which contributes to and maintains a high hiring bar
-Manage the entire recruiting process from sourcing to close
-Maintain a highly organized high volume sourcing effort conducive to early stage growth
-Partner directly with other stakeholders to improve their hiring, driving the recruiting process forward over time.
WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT
-A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
-Experience recruiting in at least a few of the following technical areas:
Software Engineers - Frontend and Backend (including native mobile developers: Android/iOS), QA, Infrastructure, and UX/Design.
-5+ years as a Technical Recruiter working in an in-house coporate recruiting role for high growth software companies
-Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from top companies
-Ability to hold dynamic conversation and articulate complex messages on the fly
-Experience partnering and influencing hiring managers throughout the recruiting cycle
-Expert knowledge in boolean sourcing and effective interviewing techniques
-Ability to successfully deliver on tight deadlines and execute in a very fast-paced environment
-Functional experience and knowledge of ATS systems and sourcing tools
