Specifically, as a Technical Recruiting Coordinator you can expect that…. 

  • No day will be exactly like the other. You will be responsible for the coordination of interviews and hiring events across the Engineering, Analytics and IT departments.
  • You will manage candidate travel and reimbursements throughout the interview process.
  • You will create Boolean search strings from job descriptions and use them to proactively source candidates from multiple sites.
  • You will manage communication with candidates to ensure a fantastic interviewing experience; additionally, you will track candidates in our ATS, Greenhouse.
  • You will post, update, and manage job postings within our ATS as well as on external job boards, like Dice, StackOverFlow and LinkedIn.
  • You will represent Carvana on various college campuses.
  • You will assist in the onboarding process, making sure new hires are set up for success on their first few days at Carvana.


Enough about us….

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited undergraduate institution.
  • 1-3 years of work experience in a coordinating or administrative role.
  • You have used Outlook for scheduling and calendar management.
  • You believe in the fine art of figuring it out. You aren’t afraid to admit what you don’t yet know.
  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills (super serious about this one).
  • You have a sense of humor.
  • You understand the value of teamwork and how teams work…that was deep. If you disagree, read it again. Out loud if necessary.
  • You have the ability to multitask and prioritize like a ninja.
