We’re looking for a dedicated, service oriented Technical Support Engineer to provide top-of-the-line service to its clients. The position will require troubleshooting complex web and backend technology issues. The Support Specialist will work closely with the various teams throughout the company, including R&D, IT Operations and Professional Services; becoming an invaluable source of information, solutions and know-how. The Technical Support Specialist will also create problem solving tools and will be expected to transfer technical knowledge to other tiers of support, making work flows smoother, smarter and constantly improving.
