Technical Support Engineer (TSE)

Atos Infrastructure & Data Management (IDM), Communication & Collaboration Services is seeking for Technical Support Engineer (TSE).

The job holder will provide solution design, installation, commissioning, and technical support for highly complex Enterprise solutions of IDM CCS Unified Communications portfolio.

The TSE provides also various proactive and reactive ITIL based services to our Enterprise customers to increase systems availability, resolve critical issues, and ultimately improve the health of our customers’ environments. To ensure the skills to troubleshoot and maintain our customers’ IT services, TSE team consists of highly trained engineers. When things do go wrong, we provide rapid 24/7 support to resolve Major Incidents worldwide.

The best candidate will be a highly motivated individual who is excited about the opportunities that this position provides.

  • Good knowledge of SIP, MGCP, CSTA, SOAP, SNMP, H323, Q.931 protocols and standards
  • Strong understanding of the Unified communications industry.
  • Administrative knowledge of Linux/Unix Servers or Linux Certification (e.x: CLP)
  • Proven experience in networking and network infrastructure or CCNA certification
  • Experience in network troubleshooting tools (e.x: Ethereal, tcpdump, etc)
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (shell, perl) and databases
  • Very good Knowledge of VMWare enterprise products.
  • Master’s degree in Telecommunications or similar field
  • Proficient in German language
  • Cisco: CCDA
  • Microsoft: MCSA
  • ITIL certification
