Superlative Technologies, Inc. (dba SuprTEK) is looking for a Technical Writer to join our team!     

 

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate RFP requirements and gain understanding of the technical/functional areas to be written
• Outline and own the development of technical content/sections
• Work with the Capture, Proposal, and Project teams to gather and analyze technical information (program and customer documents and artifacts) for proposal solution development
• Collaborate with and interview technical SMEs and the technical team to gather and understand technical information to write and refine proposal content for solutions and win themes
• Package and present technical content at proposal solutioning and strategy development meetings
• Adhere to the proposal schedule when developing content and graphics
• Analyze client needs, address challenges and quickly adapt solutions with changing proposal requirements
• Write and edit technically accurate, concise, and persuasive content that aligns with client requirements and industry best practices
• Participate in color reviews to evaluate the accuracy, coherence and quality of the written content, while adhering to the style and formatting requirements
• Assist in reviewing the proposal to ensure compliance with RFP requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, IT, or related field
• 3+ years professional technical or business writing experience
• Technical understanding and knowledge of functional IT capabilities including Agile software development, DevSecOps, application management and modernization, cloud operations, migration to cloud, cybersecurity, systems architecture, infrastructure, networking, etc.
• Experience working with Government solicitations (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, etc.)
• Experience with DoD IT contracting environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to translate complex technical information into compelling proposal language, solutions, and ideas
• Strong organizational skills with ability to excel under tight deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Technical certifications desired

• Create visually appealing user interfaces
• Collaborate with designers to translate mockups into functional web pages
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability

• Assist in building and maintain server-side applications

• Design and implement database schemas to support application functionality
