Test Analyst - Test & Evaluation Support DAPS

Job Description

Dynamo Technologies is seeking a Test Analyst to support the test and evaluation of Dismounted Assured Position, Navigation and Timing solutions.   
The specific duties include but are not necessarily limited to the following:

  • Assist the Government in the development of classified and unclassified test programs, plans, and procedures, conduct testing, and evaluate and document the results in briefings and reports for PM PNT products and PNT supported clients and platforms. This testing may include: cybersecurity, hardware and software components, regression, subsystem and system level development, system compatibility, acceptance, functional, integration, full qualification, field, environmental and stress screening, electromagnetic interference, electromagnetic compatibility, and TEMPEST. 
  • Conduct simulator tests in lab environments for PM PNT products and PNT supported clients and platforms
  • Participate in planning and conducting classified and unclassified test efforts for PM PNT products and PNT supported clients and platforms. The contract shall develop, review, comment, and staff test documentation including: TEMPs, TRR briefings, requirements traceability matrix, test plans, test procedures, and test reports and results.
  • Provide classified and unclassified briefing materials, updates, and attend technical and program reviews, including events leading to the review, and events after the review (i.e., SSR, SSR, SFR, PDR, CDR, and TRR). 
  • Participate in IPTs and working groups; and shall provide inputs to IMSs and risks. 
  • Assist in drafting SOOs, SOWs, PWSs, performance specifications, and associated solicitation documentation and provide technical advice and assistance regarding proposal evaluation. 
  • Participate in classified (Secret and Top Secret) meetings, as required.
  • Evaluate test results and provide quick-look summaries to PNT leadership, as required.

Required Skills

  • Proven problem-solving abilities to deconflict technical nuances needed to ensure successful test execution. 
  • Ensures test equipment, data analysis plans/tools, and teams have what is required to execute. 
  • Willingness to actively lean-in on complex situations to find ground truth and achieve overarching test goals. 
  • Maintains involvement in all aspects of current test execution, day-to-day execution problem solving, and collection of configuration-controlled results. 
  • Creates effective relationship among all product office functional counterparts need to achieve the mission) (e.g., integration, APMs, logistics). 
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills and ability to work with customers, and other technical teams. 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. 
  • Bachelors' degree in Engineering or 5 plus years of experience. 
  • Position requires up to 25% travel. 

 Nice to Have Skills 

  • Familiarity with VICTORY (Vehicular Integration for C5ISR/EW Interoperability), MS Office programs such as Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio.
  • Experience using Spirent and/or Broadsim simulators in lab environments
  • Data analysis
  • Electronics fabrication, specifically cabling
  • Electronics troubleshooting
  • Experience with GPS systems (no prior military GPS systems experience required)
  • Knowledge of DA PAM 73-1 

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelors' degree in Engineering or 5 plus years of experience.   

Travel Requirement: 

  •  Yes up to 25% 

Clearance:

  • Must have an active DoD Secret clearance.
