WE’RE LOOKING FOR….

A Title and Registration Team Lead to join a rapidly growing organization. The Title and Registration team is responsible for facilitating the completion of documents, and other administrative processes to ensure the smooth transition of vehicle ownership from one party to another. As the Title and Registration Team Lead, you will manage, oversee, and develop junior and senior level team members. You will also interface with multiple departments, especially Customer Service, to resolve concerns, and continually enhance the Title and Registration process. Strong leadership, and organization skills, and a propensity for efficiency, and process improvement are critical. Most importantly, you will see your insights have an immediate, tangible impact every day in a well-funded and rapidly growing company.

 

SPECIFICALLY, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • Ensures Title and Registration processes are completed accurately in a timely, and efficient manner
  • Serve as the liaison for Title and Registration in interdepartmental projects
  • Coach, and development junior team members for their ongoing personal and career development
  • Continually identify process inefficiencies, and take action to make improvements
  • Support staffing needs through inbound/outbound monitoring trends and spreadsheet analysis and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Makes timely decisions by analyzing and balancing different measurements
  • Demonstrate a drive for results both in production metrics and team development goals
  • Maintains consistency in lead workflow, organization and policy administration
  • Motivates and shares successful problem solving techniques and skills with team
  • Assures the highest level of satisfaction within the department.

 

THE QUALIFYING CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • At least 1 year of management experience. At least 5 years of work experience.
  • Ability to manage, organize, and reconcile multiple sources of information with accuracy
  • Ability to interact with customers, co-workers and vendors professionally
  • Flexible hours required
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Computer literacy and data entry accuracy
  • Enthusiasm and energy to contribute to and thrive in a rapidly growing start-up atmosphere where roles continually adapt as the company evolves
  • Hiring is contingent on candidate verifying their eligibility to work in the United States and passing a complete background check.
