Carvana is hiring a

Trainer- Inspection Center

Phoenix, United States

ABOUT CARVANA….

We sell cars, but we’re not car salespeople. We saw a huge problem with how sucky it can be to buy a car and our mission is to unsuck car buying, every step of the way. We don’t see ourselves as an innovation company. However, in the interest of making car buying better, we create technologies that have never been created.

We’re tackling one of the largest, yet-to-be-disrupted markets in the world – the $1T per year U.S. car market (yes, that’s $Trillion with a “T”). We provide a seamless, 100% online car buying experience for consumers from end-to-end: acquiring, inspecting, and certifying high quality cars, providing 360° high-res photography inside and out of the vehicle, generating real-time financing and warranty options, and delivering the car to our customers’ doors in as little as 24 hours with a 7 day money back guarantee. With no dealerships or commissioned sales people, we save thousands of dollars per car in expenses that we pass on to our customers.

We have big hearts and big dreams. Forbes recently named us as one of the top 5 most promising companies in America, but we want to be number one. We’re not a big, bloated company with layers of people, all afraid to say “yes.”  You have a voice in the direction we’re headed and we like to think that’s pretty powerful.
