The Procurement Transformation Executive will act as the enabler for AJW’s procurement team’s digitalization and process transformation which forms part of AJW's wider digital transformation strategic direction.


The role will bring value to the business by driving efficiencies within the Procurement function. It will ensure procurement data, tools, and processes are developed, implemented, and managed to maximise quality, accuracy, availability, and consistency and support robust reporting and analytics.


What you'll be doing

  • Developing optimised future state procurement tools, data, and processes to optimise and standardise reporting and data analytics, building in ease and consistency.
  • Develop appropriate tools for the management of supplier and contract data, ensuring contracts and associated data are adequately managed, driving compliance and governance
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure access to an accurate / understanding of supplier contract data terms
  • Working under the guidance of the Transformation Manager to align and connect Procurement to TB&E, SCM, SIM, PS&S, Commercial and AJWT Procurement
  • Reducing non-value add activities and eliminating waste from processes
  • Engineer and implement with IT (acting as a project manager) automated Procurement solutions
  • Standardising processes and metrics across the Procurement functions
  • Implementing process mapping using recognised techniques
  • Helping to develop and establish forecasting and capacity modelling of customer needs for the development of supplier
