We’re seeking an experienced, innovative, self-starter to join Course Hero as our Tutor Operations Lead. You’ll manage and grow our tutor community team (including tutor acquisition associates, success & community management). As the operations lead, you’ll work closely with product teams and establish our operations strategy to accomplish those goals. You’ll drive success by defining processes, workflows, and goals across the tutor community team. This role will be fast paced and ever changing as Course Hero continues to grow.
