We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to be based at our customer’s premises and work alongside the marketing team in advertising, pre-screening and inducting new starters. This is a great opportunity for you if you are looking to start a career in recruitment!
Role of a Recruitment Coordinator:
- Liaise with the marketing team to post adverts
- Conduct phone pre-screening for candidates
- Conduct interviews
- Lead site visits
- Perform candidates registration
- Post/manage adverts on social media and job boards
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will need to have:
- Have previous experience in recruitment
- Happy working 09:00-17:00 (any 5 days out of 7 - majority Mon-Fri)
- Happy and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent at communicating
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills
- Have good attention to detail
- Positive can-do attitude
- Knowledge of right-to-work policies in the UK
