We are looking for a Digital Asset and Marketing Specialist who will help Specialized earn the position as the riders’ brand of choice by developing and driving Specialized USA’s growing digital and media marketing projects and programs. The ideal candidate will be multi-faceted and innovative digital marketer with a strong background in digital channel strategy including social marketing, programmatic, direct, brand campaigns, campaign execution, analytics/metrics and experience successfully working with cross-functional teams. This person is not afraid to think big and is also willing to roll up their sleeves to get the work done. This individual thrives in a fast-moving environment and works towards results, while having fun.



  • Integrated Media: Build integrated media and digital strategy & plans across paid, owned, and earned channels to drive awareness, consideration and adoption of products, apps and services
  • Measurement: Define and share measurement approach with desired campaign objectives and goals
  • Creative: Understand and communicate basic design principles to create impactful creative in partnership with our Global design team and outside agency partners
  • Social: Partner with internal teams and agency partners to develop paid social media strategies for owned channels
  • Collaborate: Collaborate and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and partners to scope projects. Be the trusted digital marketing partner to our internal and regional teams
  • Execute Flawlessly: Ensure all plans hit milestones and achieve desired delivery, within budget
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with partners and stakeholder to outline plans, process, and results



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience as a digital marketing or social marketing in house or at a marketing or advertising firm or agency
  • Experience with all aspects of online and offline media trends, channels and practices
  • Experience in digital marketing industry, agencies and channels
  • Experience with social media advertisement, tools, platforms and best practices
  • Experience developing and managing channel strategy and budgets
  • Experience collaborating and communicating with cross-functional partners and managing agency partners
