❐ Minimum 3-5 years of experience crafting user experience solutions and applications
❐ Strong abilities in sketching, wireframing, and evaluating interaction design

❐ Must be an expert at Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite
❐ Experience in Design Thinking
❐ Previous experience following interaction design principles for iOS and material design guidelines for Android

❐ Previous experience with Jira and Slack a huge plus

Overall Purpose
Our client is working with advanced technologies to build ground-breaking new products. They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented User Experience Designer to join their team and act as an interface between their product team, UI, and development teams.
You will be passionate about driving a seamless user experience across all of their digital platforms, and collaborating on development of future products. As a UX Designer you should be able to analyze the experience, build scenarios and use cases, and craft design specifications. Your forward-thinking perspective on UX and design aesthetics will help elevate their products. You are comfortable selling in your work, your experience process, and augmenting it with data driven thinking. You can show your creative process and thinking either via sketches or wires, through to final design and development ready files.
You must demonstrate a history of productive collaboration with product & technical teams to deliver customer centric design solutions. They are looking for forward-thinkers to work with their group of innovators to help bring their ideas to life.
The User Experience Designer will report to the Product team and work closely with other departments, including operations, UI, and development teams.
Responsibilities
❐ Work with digital product owners to design experiences that bring their products to life
❐ Produce design documents & wireframes that explain your design and elevate their digital experiences
❐ Create prototypes to demonstrate ideas, experiences, scenarios, and design solutions
❐ Lead and champion usability, best practices, innovative UX across all platforms
❐ Work hand in hand and collaboratively with their UI design team
❐ Collaborate closely with product, UI, development, and QA team to produce great work
❐ Work with data, insights, and research teams to validate thinking
❐ Create and lead presentations of your work for senior leadership feedback cycles and sign off
❐ Keep up with the evolving landscape of available tools, technologies, resources, and UX trends
❐ Develop frameworks to ensure smooth operation of all programs
