User Insights Researcher, Product

We are looking for a User Insights Researcher to explore what is and isn't working for participants, and to collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and designers to improve our program in ways that are measurable and impactful.

To be successful in this role you must have ...

  • 3-5 years design research work experience
  • Fluency in a variety of research methodologies
  • Experience working in close collaboration with product teams (startup experience strongly preferred)
  • Bonus points for experience doing design research in health-related domains

Day to day you will be:

  • Helping to build scalable tools to surface participant wants and needs
  • Developing research strategies to uncover latent wants and needs
  • Digging into the whys behind patterns in our data
  • Translating research insights into actionable product goals
