  • Design and conduct research studies for new and existing features by understanding the problem, defining hypotheses, and using the best research  methods.
  • Analyze and synthesize research findings into actionable insights and opportunities.
  • Share research methods and tools that enable product teams to conduct their own research.
  • Clearly communicate research findings to a variety of stakeholders.

You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:

  • You are curious, empathetic, and enjoy inspiring others by bringing user stories to life.
  • You have a strong understanding of different qualitative user research methods and know when and how to apply them.
  • You are able to present a research portfolio that showcases your approach to conducting research and synthesizing insights.
  • You are excited to learn and grow as a researcher.
