  • Working with product managers, researchers, designers and engineers to assess project needs and develop appropriate research plans to support their objectives.
  • Assessing the need for alternative research methods (e.g., participatory design, card-sorting, eye-tracking, etc.), and planning and testing accordingly.
  • Systematically reviewing customer feedback and identifying areas (or problems) for further exploration.
  • Designing, recruiting/scheduling and moderating regular usability studies and user interviews.
  • Regularly formulating and appropriately testing hypotheses against data and customer feedback.
  • Working closely with data analysts to integrate qualitative research methods with ongoing quantitative research.
  • Sharing tangible findings and prioritized recommendations with the teams on a regular basis.
