UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences across our products and platforms.

Job responsibilities

● Information Architecture: Collaborate with product managers and developers to create clear and organized information architectures that facilitate seamless user interactions.

● UX/UI Design: Translate user research findings into user ows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and enhance user experiences.

● Visual Design: Create visually appealing and consistent user interface designs that align with brand guidelines and contribute to a delightful user experience.

● Iteractive Design: Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and data analysis, ensuring a user-centered and data-driven design process.

● Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure seamless integration of UX/UI designs into the development process.

● User Advocacy: Advocate for the user throughout the design process, championing user needs and preferences to create user-friendly and accessible designs.

● Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, design tools, and best practices to contribute fresh ideas and approaches to the team.

● Product experience leader: As a product experience leader, this role would have a responsibility to constantly seek to generate new experiences as proactive customer propositions

Requirements

Qualications:

1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

2. Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects (Web and Mobile) and successful outcomes.

3. Design Tools: Prociency in using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or other relevant tools.

4. Prototyping: Experience creating interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and interactions.

5. Collaboration: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

6. Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a strong ability to think critically and solve design challenges.

7. Creativity: A creative air with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding user experiences.

8. Good presence: to talk with the client sharing the camera of your computer.

9. Procient English (B2), Spanish (Native)

Preferred:

1. Front-End Development: Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, etc.) to collaborate effectively with developers.

2. Data Analysis: Familiarity with data analysis tools and A/B testing to inform design decisions.

3. Accessibility: Understanding of accessibility principles and guidelines to create inclusive and accessible designs.
