We are seeking Venwise leaders to facilitate unique monthly events and assist in growing our member based collective.

 

This position is best suited for individuals who have experience managing professional teams and take pleasure in cultivating and maintaining relationships. We are looking for someone who enjoys building and facilitating sustainable groups, and possess a zeal for effective, tactical solutions. Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, selecting and enrolling Venwise members
  • Assembling peer groups of highly complementary Venwise members
  • Coordinating, moderating and maintaining monthly group meetings
  • Cultivating an open, non-competitive environment that garners seamless relationships among your peer group and Venwise members
  • Managing monthly group discussions and Venwise correspondence within your peer group

 

About you:

  • Perceptive and highly-motivated with enough time to dedicate a minimum of (3-8 hours) per week
  • Experience managing, coaching or consulting professional teams
  • Experience and ease operating in the startup world
  • An interest in nurturing and building relationships with CEO’s and execs in the startup space
  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a professional disposition
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
  • Proactive and goal oriented; a readiness to learn and constantly improve
  • The capacity to actively listen, examine, question, explain and prompt insights in small groups
