At AVIA, our East Coast Client Success leader will be responsible for accelerating transformation at the forward-leaning health systems that join the AVIA’s Innovator Network. With success, this leader will have the ability to build a small, high-performing local team to support the health systems in the region. As a client-facing leader and the voice of the market, this leader will be an important contributor to the decision-making of the company.
In order to be successful in this role, the candidate will need to quickly establish and build long-term relationships and credibility with key client sponsors and other senior leaders to influence decision-making and accelerate the adoption of solutions that have been pre-screened and thoroughly vetted by AVIA’s provider solutions team. An understanding of health systems and some existing relationships will be is critical to success as is experience collaborating with senior leaders to drive change, improve patient care, or strengthen operating, technological, or financial performance.
