The VP of Capital and Finance for Olive Assures is responsible for identifying and managing the financial capital product(s) and tools necessary to execute on the vision of Olive Assures across the US healthcare provider and consumer market including but, not limited to, managing and tracking the cost of capital attribution (COGs) across the maneuver to insure and drive profitability. Additionally, this leader will play a dual role by partnering with the VP of Operations and the Chief Financial Officer to manage the overall finances of the Olive Assures P&L. The VP of Capital and Finance will report to the EVP & GM of Olive Assures.

Responsibilities include advising on market strategy for Assures’ financial products, supporting expansion efforts across markets across US healthcare and engaging in capital finance activities to support Assures’ growth.

• Oversee the management of cross-functional initiatives and projects
• Build and manage the necessary team to support the financial management of the Olive Assures maneuver
• Operational oversight of Olive Assures healthcare finance products
• Review of legal documents and credit structure arrangements in concert with General Counsel
