•Lift and Elevate the Rose Inc brand DNA to be leading in the industry as primary responsibility
•Additionally, help shape the brand DNA and global marketing strategies of the brand under the mission of building clean, sustainable consumer brands that change industries for the better
•Build the largest clean cosmetics community of engaged, excited, diverse clients that lead our movement and lift each other up
•Strategize, develop, execute and inspire a holistic global brand strategy to drive engagement, loyalty and business growth
•Position Rose Inc as the leader in effective, clean cosmetics aligned with the company’s Brand Pillars ad Mission
•Lead digital with innovation, constant testing, learning and growing
•Partner with Digi-Tech to develop, test and launch digital first, leading initiatives that result in the most engaged and passionate consumer of any industry
•Oversee and develop the leading loyalty program
•Develop strategy globally in Growth Marketing, including overarching paid media strategy, search, social, display and affiliates.
•Develop strategy for Brand Marketing, including brand strategy, seasonal planning, consumer insights, advertising, sponsorships, CRM, retail marketing, PR/communications, social media and traffic.
•Develop strategy and lead Creative team at Rose Inc
•Continue to build, clarify and articulate leading brand DNA that is differentiated
•Oversee packaging and aesthetic of brand – lead synergy and connectedness of global brand packaging
•Implement process to improve connection points and timelines between Marketing needs and Creative team
•Manage P&L/budgets for Marketing and Creative consistently with business strategy and goals
•Stay on point with Operating expense and delivery while also identifying revenue driving ideas
•Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to develop, strategize and deliver on Marketing & Digital strategy and support the achievement of the organization’s growth goals
•Build partnership and lead Marketing efforts with Sephora Marketing team to optimize collaboration and shared strategy
•Launch global markets
•Partner with global retailers to optimize collaboration, launch unique own-able experiential ideas and lead strategy
•Deep industry expertise and competitive analysis
•Articulate a strategic vision clearly and persuasively to internal and external partners
•Lead a team
•Team Development – grow and develop team across various functions and roles
•15+ years of experience with Marketing, Brand development and Digital experience
•Passion for skincare & beauty industry – previous experience not needed
•Strategic thinker with the ability to clearly communicate a vision
•Strong aesthetic sense
•Experience leading high-caliber, effective cross-functional teams
•Thrive in a start-up, fast-paced environment without losing sight of the customer experience
•Team player who builds strong and effective partnerships
•Team builder who develops and coaches team members to drive high performance and engagement
•Ability to maneuver through the organization effectively, building trusting and effective relationships
•Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to influence and persuade a diverse audience
