Supply Chain Support Specialist

The Supply Chain Support Specialist role will be a part of our Service Operations team. As a member of the Supply Chain Services, you will build relationships with delivery sites across North America and work with these teams to ensure compliance in delivery processes and real-time accuracy in product location. Your role will include a series of proactive and reactive workflows to support these delivery sites in scheduling, delivery, and exception management of customer orders. These workflows can include monitoring SLA compliance from our delivery partners to identify and address delays, investigations into late shipments, and processing customer-requested order changes.
