Reporting to the SVP Customer Success you will be responsible for increasing value and driving revenue across Checkr’s existing enterprise customer base. Partnering closely with the Enterprise Customer Success team, you’ll build pipeline by identifying and qualifying upsell / cross-sell opportunities while also partnering with Product to unlock new revenue streams. Your strong executive presence coupled with your ability to analyze large data sets to drive decisions will ensure you hit your quota.

Responsibilities:

  • Set the strategy for customer account growth, and execute on the strategy by owning the growth number for the account base
  • Partner closely with the executive leadership team to set and execute on go-to-market plans   
  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure cross functional coordination, revenue recognition and alignment of KPIs.
  • Provide analytics and reporting for the Customer Success revenue team, including forecasting, pipeline analysis, quarter and year-end reports, board slides, performance to quota, deal tracking and close rates.

What you bring:

  • Previous enterprise sales leadership experience.
  • Previous management experience (2nd line manager)
  • Highly comfortable navigating ambiguity in a startup environment.
  • Track record of creating innovative and sound strategy for growth within existing customer base.
  • Management consulting/business strategy experience highly preferred.
  • Ability to work cross functionally to gain consensus from multiple stakeholders and ability to lead major change efforts requiring cross functional leadership collaboration.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Strong people management skills and background
