Job Summary

Does exponential revenue growth and seemingly impossible sales targets scare you or get you excited? Do you eat deals for breakfast, lunch and dinner? Do you actually care about process building and Salesforce adherence? Can you inspire, coach and mentor a team and take them to new levels of success?


TaskUs grew 151% in 2014, and is on pace for triple digit growth again this year. We are looking for someone who can take our goal of triple digit growth for 2016 and turn it into a reality by driving strategy, getting the right people on the bus, and driving the bus aggressively straight past our goals.



  • At least 5 years of sales management experience
  • Have taken a company from ~$10-40MM in revenue to above $100MM
  • Minimum of 3+ years of selling a service with contract values over 1MM / year per logo
  • Minimum of 3+ years of managing reps with above 2MM annual quotas
  • BPO experience a plus
  • History of implementing and enforcing a strict hiring process for sales reps
  • Experience identifying deficiencies and areas for opportunities for sales reps and instituting sales training to improve these areas
  • Proven ability to build/manage a specialized salesforce where prospecting is a separate function from closing (SDR->BDR->AM)
  • Process focused - you should be able to demonstrate your experience in building and enforcing best practices and SFDC adherence
  • Experience reporting to a board
  • Executed on a go-to-market strategy to expand into new verticals
  • SFDC expert
  • Understand best practices and tools and demonstrated adapting to a new sales environment in the past 5 years
  • Strong understanding of multi (omni)-channel customer engagement including social media, mobile, chat, moderated content, and integrated back office services
