YOUR MISSION

Mural is looking for an experienced VP of Total Rewards to join the People Team. Reporting to our Chief People Officer, you will drive Mural’s total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, recognition, and wellness.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement global compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and equity awards, to attract, retain, and empower employees
  • Oversee the organization's benefits programs, inclusive of perks and stipends
  • Create recognition programs that recognize and reward employees for their contributions and performance
  • Guide the design, development, and implementation of wellness programs that promote employee health and well-being
  • Stay informed of emerging trends and best practices in total rewards and regularly evaluate and recommend changes to the organization's programs to ensure they remain competitive
  • Collaborate with HR partners and other key stakeholders to ensure the effective communication and implementation of total rewards programs

YOUR PROFILE

  • 10+ years of experience in total rewards, with a track record of developing and implementing successful programs at a global level
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement total rewards strategies that support the organization's business goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • Experience working with fully remote or distributed companies across multiple time zones
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to total rewards

In the state of Colorado, the salary for this role ranges from $192,000 to $240,000 + equity + benefits, but may vary based on your qualifications and job-related experience level, that could result in a level outside of this range.

In the state of California and Washington, the salary for this role ranges from $192,000 to $300,000 + equity + benefits, but may vary based on your city of residence, qualifications and job-related experience level, that could result in a level outside of this range.

In New York City, the salary for this role ranges from $240,000 to $300,000 + equity + benefits, but may vary based on your qualifications and job-related experience level, that could result in a level outside of this range.  #LI-Remote #LI-MM1
