Mirakl has grown its headcount by 200% in the past two years and will continue to bring onboard the best and brightest in 2019 and beyond. By 2020, Gartner predicts that over 50% of all online sellers will adopt marketplaces or include third-party sales in their eCommerce ecosystems. To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model and further accelerate our growth, Mirakl is looking for a VP Partner Sales, EMEA.


Our VP Partner Sales, EMEA will be :

  • Reporting to the VP Global Partners Sales and Alliances
  • Manage a team of Partner Sales Managers (PSMs), and be responsible for the success of Mirakl’s partner strategy in the region as well as for the partner contribution to Mirakl’s overall regional results.
  • Participate in regional leadership of the Mirakl business, working with key internal stakeholders from sales, marketing and customer success. Working with Director ISVs...
  • Lead the development of the Partner Strategy for the defined partners and territories, that supports the global corporate and partner strategy
  • Own regional partner influence revenue targets, marketing campaigns and partner enablement in the region, delegating targets and responsibilities to the PSMs on the team.
  • Lead team and company initiatives to promote and measure partner quality and successful client projects.
  • Your direct reports, the PSMs, are asked to:
    • Organize and drive joint sales activities between Mirakl and Partners, including joint funnel management
    • Work with marketing to execute a vibrant partner marketing plan to achieve funnel and brand awareness marketing goals
    • Enable sales and technical capability within the partners, collaborating with other functions within Mirakl
    • Develop shared business plans with key partners, collaborating with other functions within Mirakl
    • Ensure partners’ use implementation best practices and “team” with Mirakl on delivery
    • Drive and engage Mirakl Sales teams to work on/support alliance partner opportunities
  • Engage leadership of the partners’ organizations – inspire and influence them to partner with Mirakl and deliver joint propositions
  • Work closely with the EMEA Sales Team to drive a culture of joint interaction between direct sales and the partners
  • In addition, as Team Lead, you will be responsible for
    • hiring and management of direct reports, assignment of annual and quarterly targets, day to day coaching to achieve individual goals and periodic performance reviews
    • Budget requests and management of spend for travel and partner marketing
    • Accurate management reporting
    • Administrative responsibility for partner contracts
  • Organize and drive joint sales activities between Mirakl and Partners, including joint funnel management
  • Work with marketing to execute a vibrant partner marketing plan to achieve funnel and brand awareness marketing goals
  • Enable sales and technical capability within the partners, collaborating with other functions within Mirakl

Requirements

The person we are looking for is:

  • A professional with extensive sales and partner experience (minimum 10 years) and a proven, demonstrable, track record in driving substantial growth in partner relationships
  • A seasoned team manager
  • An influential leader with outstanding people skills, including managing internal and external clients
  • A digital commerce expert
  • Organized, capable of handling multiple tactical items while never losing sight of longer term strategic goals
  • Fluent in English [and regional language as appropriate]. (French, Spanish or German is a plus)
