Job Title: Vice President, Market Development and Alliances
The Vice President, Market Development and Alliances at Quanergy will be responsible for managing and promoting the sales of our 3D high-performance AI-powered LiDAR Flow Management platform to strategic OEMs, channel, technology and marketing partners. This position will initially target key partners in the smart city, smart spaces, and security segments and will seek to integrate Quanergy’s platform with the partners’ applications, business analytics and other solutions across their target vertical, in order to create a force multiplier, by enabling the sale of Quanergy’s platform through the partners’ direct and indirect channel.
Being a high level executive position, we are looking for an expert in consultative sales who uses her/his deep knowledge, excellent communication and organizational skills to delight our partners while working efficiently with internal teams. The ideal candidate demonstrates passion and enthusiasm and her/his self-confidence translates well to partners and colleagues. She/he must be willing to travel and spend time as needed with customers and partners. A competitive compensation package including base, bonus, and restricted stock units (RSU) will be awarded to the successful candidate. Responsible for the alliance function globally, the role oversees the identification and pursuit of strategic channel opportunities, partnerships, alliances, joint ventures, and licensing agreements.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

· Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing or equivalent major.
· MBA preferred
· Direct experience with smart spaces, smart city, security markets
