About the Role

As our first Web Developer (ideally with project experience in Webflow), you will build landing pages, execute design updates, craft page animations, co-own conversion optimization initiatives and maintain the health of our site.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with our product, engineering and marketing teams to build landing pages for product features, partnerships, webinars, blogs and other marketing initiatives
  • Maintain the health of our Webflow site properties and CMS to ensure security and uptime
  • Co-own a roadmap of experiments and initiatives to drive growth in organic traffic and user engagement
  • Play a key role in SEO decisions related to topics such as sitemap structure, page load optimizations, keyword usage and meta tag descriptions

What You Need

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in web development
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Flexbox
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS in a technical or analytical field

Nice to Haves

  • Prior project experience in Webflow and Figma
  • Experience with Content Management Systems
  • Experience with A/B testing tools such as Google Optimize
  • Experience with SEMRush, Moz, Mutiny, Google Search Console, Segment
  • Proficiency in Javascript
