About the team: 

The Web Producer will be an integral part of the Web & Digital Team, whose mission is to raise the bar on web and digital by delivering the right content, to the right persona, at the right time. We have a very strong work ethic, strive for operational excellence in everything we do, of all we do and play to win as a team. 

Where you can make an impact: 

  • Day-to-day site management for, regional sites and subdomains to keep the web experience fresh, engaging, and relevant 
  • Work collaboratively with the cross-functional marketing partners to keep the site current, fresh, and aligned with the rhythm of our marketing cadence 
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments such as product marketing, campaign marketing, content, design, and development to produce world-class web experience for all types of visitors and drive leads to sales 
  • Lead website optimization, A/B testing, and web content personalization efforts
  • Manage website performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders regarding content consumptions by web visitors 
  • Track and report on web marketing KPIs across awareness, acquisition, usage, and engagement
  • Manage the library of assets, produce documentation, lead training, create workflows and processes and share web best practices with a larger marketing team to create scale
  • Enhance website functionalities and implementSEO best practices 

What you’ll bring: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 
  • 3-5 years of site management experience, specifically with website planning, design, development, optimization and administration (hands-on AEM experience preferred) 
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and CRM platform (Salesforce) 
  • Knowledge of UX, SEO and other factors that impact web conversions 
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute effectively under pressure 
  • Working knowledge of reporting tools such as Adobe Analytics is preferred
