We’re looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative Program Manager to join our Web Marketing Team. In this role, you'll focus on helping the team deliver top-tier web experiences and take the lead as the program manager, facilitating collaboration among various teams across Asana's international offices. Your primary task is to oversee the ongoing enhancement of asana.com’s top converting web pages, ensuring the Website stands out to potential customers. This position requires a master of cross-functional collaboration; you’ll work closely with strategy, conversion rate optimization managers, SEO, editorial & content, product marketing, design, translation, and web development teams to ensure on-time delivery against all web project program deadlines. 

This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Along with most Asanas, you’ll work from this office in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays. If you're interviewing for this role, your Talent Acquisition Partner will share more about the in-office requirements. 

What you’ll achieve

  • Creating & executing best-in-class web experiences in web content management systems (Contentful, AEM, Drupal, etc.) or through developer tools like Github. 
  • End-to-end project ownership for a variety of web initiatives including web redesigns, campaign execution, creating new templates, and/or content migrations. 
  • Lead collaboration with stakeholders to define goals, scope project requirements, and own the development of project timelines and milestones. 
  • Align project stakeholders through transparency by providing progress updates for your web projects, proactively identifying and communicating roadblocks, and architecting solutions to help Asana achieve its goals. 
  • Align creative resources and timelines with our brand team and effectively communicate timelines to keep all web projects on track. 
  • Collaborate with web operations to identify and prioritize engineering requests necessary to support future production needs. 
  • Champion efficient, high-quality project management execution through continual optimization and iteration of templates, processes, and resources for web production workflows in Asana.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate user engagement data to champion user-friendly, performant web experiences with a data driven strategy. 

About you

  • 6+ years proven experience managing web initiatives: Website redesigns, digital campaign execution, and micro-site launches. 
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, and to think differently and see opportunities/solutions where others don’t.
  • Strong technical web production skills including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience working on an international website supporting multiple languages.
  • Experience supporting SEO, Content, and experimentation teams. 
  • Experience working with technical teams and marketing teams is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with web content management systems (Contentful, AEM, Drupal, etc.), project management tools (Asana, Jira), developer tools (Github), analytics tools (Google Analytics) highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Experience partnering closely with cross-functional partners from a wide variety of disciplines and backgrounds.

Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit. 

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $164,000 - $208,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
